Your first point, these models don't come with the actual separate parts, since they are CSR2 models and all they do is go in a straight line.
Second point, how are you still unable to grasp that these are Gavril-based vehicles and they keep the Gavril lights. It would take me forever to make good flares for even one vehicle.
Third point, these CSR2 models don't come with separate needles and steering wheels, so that's not possible.
